I have worked as administrative support to the manager of General Services for 5 years. I was responsible for doing various administrative tasks. Typing (used MS Office), billing (used MS Excel, setting up meetings (Used MS Outlook). I currently do supervisory/administrative support in the records department. In addition to my other skills I am now responsible for creating and updating procedures; organizing work and training schedules; conducting detail online and manual searches.
