I have 4+ years of experience managing IT Projects with Linux/Apache/Mysql/Php and Windows 2k3 IIS (WIMP) technologies. I've developed Java SE and EE projects. I use Object oriented methodologies for designing the applications and I use frameworks for the projects I got involved, this allows me to develop applications in a short time and meet the expectations of my customers. My Strength is my ability to diagnostic  the problem  fast and  plan a solution. If the problem is complex, I use to split the problem in small pieces. I use the divide and conquer technique. I always look for the simple solution, I rather prefer practical solutions than elegant ones.
