I have been an IT contractor for 10 years. I have worked as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst and Project manager at one time. In the last 5 years I used skills learned from my numerous positions in a variety of industries, Oil and Gas, Government, Health and Medical, Technology and Law Enforcement. My speciality is using the current technology to automate highly manual, tedious processes into an efficient, quick streamline, seamless, error free, workflow process ensuring data accuracy and integrity. My skills include Word, Excel, Powerpoint at Expert/Advanced level. I am also highly skilled in the Adobe products, LiveCycle Designer and Roboehelp. I have used these tools together and separately to develop documentation and web content. As well, I can use these tools expertly to convert data from one format to another.
