I have over 20 years' experience helping companies to accelerate their sales performance through marketing, research and planning assignments. I have worked extensively for technology companies and manufacturers. For example, I developed the strategic plans for Apple and Compaq in Canada, helped Xerox, Kodak and Toshiba with distribution channel strategy and assisted many smaller companies develop market entry, penetration and strategic plans. I am the author of 3 books: Relationship Marketing (Planning the improvement of customer relationships), Competitor Targeting (Focusing on competitors and customers to build share of customer) and Beat the Competition (Using competitive intelligence for winning business strategies). I have worked in many countries around the world in areas such as research, planning and management alignment in support of business strategy. I have also trained many managers in competitive intelligence and relationship marketing - about half the Fortune 500 firms.
