Engagement: This was a three-phase engagement. The first phase involved reengineering of the Mergers & Acquisition process to permit the execution of a greater number of deals utilizing less experienced staff. Phase 2 developed the Information Technology Plan for the corporate holding company to allow them to perform their M&A and Oversight responsibilities with a significantly reduced staff. The final phase involved implementing a Domino/Notes application to support the M&A process.
Responsibility: My role included providing the technological direction to the business process reengineering effort as well as develop a "Best Practices" document as a template for the new process. I directed the IT Plan development that resulted in recommendations of new systems environment
