To get a full understanding of the text, a translator needs to know a lot about the cultural aspects of both language areas. It's important to have understanding of the history, politics and customs of both countries.You work hard on your texts, whether you are a writer or marketing professional. For your text to have the same strength in another language you need a translator that can enter both the mind of the writer and the future reader.
