I have been working as an Executive Assistant reporting to C Level for more than 12 yrs. I am currently working as a EA and looking to working extra hours as virtual assistant. i speak English and Arabic fluently. Some of my job responsibilities as below: Job Responsibilities: • Schedule, prioritize appointments, ensuring that meetings, deadlines are carried out. • Perform complex diary management - arranging meetings internal and external. • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries and maintain travel vouchers and records. • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, conference calls, etc • Screen incoming visitors and prepare draft responses, or respond directly on routine matters. • Provide administrative support in relation to handling of general administrative functions such as monitoring and settling invoices, bills, & claims including Business Expense Claims. • Conduct research for projects / reports / presentations / meetings. • Liaise with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including customers, governments and other senior executives. • Supervises the development of project progress reports so that project issues are identified, documented. • Proofread and disseminate correspondences to the related internal and external parties. • Assist recruitment process through publishing ads on portals, contacting recruitment agencies and screen CVs.
