With over 6 years of experience in the Customer Service field, I have perfected the art of giving exemplary service to clients of all types in different lines of business, including but not limited to: customer service, technical support, sales and retention, as well as managing teams and enhancing their skills, all to make for the best possible experience when dealing with customers.
