Experienced Customer Service Specialist

I have been working since 2007 in relation to Customer Service, Technical Support, Back- office support in prestigious BPO companies in the country. I have dealt only with foreign clients/customers particularly in the US, Australia, New Zealand, and UK. I have spent most of my time in my career as customer service associate interacting with Australians. So I learned to deal with multi- cultural people from Australia as I talked to them on the phone providing excellent services. I was able to familiarize myself with their accent as well as became knowledgeable of their places mainly because of the training that was provided not only Australian 101 but also of product knowledge and technical skills training. Soft skills/language training which is the basic foundation of all together with Product trainings plus years of experience go hand in hand in my improvement and contributed a lot in the level of my professional skills right now. I am proud to say that I am proficient in Customer handling, Customer satisfaction, data entry and admin support and a little bit in telemarketing. In line with this, I was also awarded and/or was commended on customer satisfaction, perfect attendance, best in quality and even employee of the month of one of the companies I have worked with. There are of course ups and downs at times, sometimes not hitting the goal or target but it only made me go on and do my best everytime. Working on a team made of course me a good team-player. I have known that each and everyone has character differences but we need to blend well with each other to achieve those targets set by the clients or the companies through the core values of honesty, integrity, cooperation, I have also learned how to be more receptive to coaching/feedback be it from my colleagues or from Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and most especially from my team leaders or supervisors whenever there is a need for change or there are room for improvements in some areas of my skills. Right now I want to take this new path and I am ready to take new challenges of working as a remote staff employee. I knew that I would be able to apply all that I have learned in the industry and be able to do only the best practices that will provide great services to my valued clients. I am ready to take this new opportunity and take my skills to the next level. Most importantly is that doing remote jobs can help me save time, energy and most specially cost. Though it's financially rewarding, I still look forward to the bright career ahead. Once hired, this is a new working environment for me or set-up but it won't compromise the quality of my work and there's a lot to learn on this and I want to equipped myself further to be the best remote staff.
