I am the kind of guy Bill Gates would want to hire back in the days when Microsoft was still a start-up. A highly motivated and self-driven individual, I always find ways to get to the endpoint as quickly as possible but always looking ahead for potential hiccups or roadblocks that might slow me down. This trait is reflected in the quality of my work and the output I create as an employee. I build for future scalability, maintainability, testability and most importantly, readability for my fellow engineers that might have to take over my work eventually.
