Services may cover following components: 1. Perform off-site review of financial statements to be issued by auditing & consulting firms and corporate entities. 2. Perform review of financial statements along-with supporting audit working paper files. Data will be needed either in soft format or in any auditing / data software. Hard copies of files may also be shared. Scope of services will be review only. Preparing working paper files and financial statements is hiring firm's (client's) responsibility. 3. Clients may also avail on-site audit and review services for agreed period of time. The services may include supervising audits, performing reviews of working papers and draft audited financial statements. All the visa, travelling, and boarding & lodging arrangements would be made by interested clients. Responsibility of final review and issuing the financial statements is of the hiring firm (client).
