Design & Art
I provide personalized design work, ranging from sketches to final illustrations and sample garments to couture pieces. Among the fashion recognitions I have received is a $5000 scholarship from the Young Menswear Association (2005), which was granted based on my ability in fashion design, illustration, and coursework. Overall, my strengths include ready-to-wear design, pattern-making (particularly flat-pattern), illustration (particularly watercolor), and construction (sample garments). My educational experience includes a BS in Apparel Merchandising, Design and Production - Design option, and a BA in French and Fashion Merchandising. I have completed three internships, all in Paris, France. I worked directly under Aurore de la Morinerie, world-renowned fashion illustrator in my first internship.
