I chose yoga, clean eating and holistic living as a lifestyle three years back after being diagnosed with acute hypothyroidism.
Yoga, Ayurveda and a cleaner lifestyle helped me bring down my TSH levels from 150 to 30 in a span of six months.
Due to a keen interest in the wellness industry and continued reading on related literature, I decided to venture into writing on health and fitness creating awareness in a society that is hooked to its quick on-the-go eating habits and all work, no play culture.
Some of the topics I have written on include clean eating, healthy diets, meal preparation, yoga, Ayurveda, therapies, weight loss, fitness, diet plans and nutrition, mindfulness, meditation, mental health, sleep hygiene, etc.
