I am a business process analysis, optimisation and re-engineering consultant having worked with clients in a multitude of industries across multiple territories. Generally my job entails project management, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, PPP (Policy, Process, Procedure) documentation, process study, analysis and design, quality planning, gap/diagnostic analysis, process mapping, developing KPI’s, training and conducting quality reviews.
I have managed medium to large scale Projects and Programs invloving ERP's such as PeopleSoft Implementation and Upgrade to version 9.0.
I have also worked as a Technology and Buisness Consultant where I provided consulting in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Process Re-engineering and e-Government to multiple clients in diversified industrial spectrum.
