* As Human Resource Manager/Director, have prepared annual HR budgets and managed/reported on budget compliance. Have written and rewritten policies and Employee Handbooks. Have worked directly with state and federal agencies (EEO, UI, OSHA) to ensure continued compliance with regulations and to deliver routine reporting.
