Provided full technical recruiting planning and implementation and generalist products and services for employee relations, performance reviews and salary administration for two departments. As primary contact for a customer department, I was a member of the executive management team, which involved contributing HR perspectives and making input to departmental decisions. Developed plan for performance review process and led performance review meetings. Conducted assessments and developed plans to gain top management support for implementation of improved, automated and new human resource based technologies.
