Responsible for administering all aspects of the Company compensation program. Assumes responsibility for the effective research, evaluation, and establishment of salary grades and pay ranges. Provides recommendations to Senior Management in establishing overall compensation objectives, policies, and plans. Ensures compensation activities are conducted in accordance with Company policies and procedures and legal requirements. Assigns, directs, and appraises compensation personnel. Keeps Senior Management informed of significant problems and area activities. Ensures employees and managers are educated on Company policies and employee relations practices. Resolves employee complaints. Advises supervisors and managers on personnel situations.
