  • HR database management - review processes for improvement, provide analysis of database usage and recommendations 
  • Coordination of new hire onboarding - create/send offer letter, provide initial onboarding training
  • Total compensation - coordinate payroll your team and ensure proper deductions, review/develop executive compensation, classification review, review current wellness and health programs to provide recommendations 
  • Medical and dental benefits - administration, answer questions from staff, pull reports, provide analysis, benefit policy consultation and carrier transitioning 
  • OHS - facilitate training and workshops, coordinate OHS program (including workplace safety committees)
  • OHS investigations
  • Employee/Labour Relations - assist with performance management strategies and discussions
  • Coordinate learning and development, succession planning, inclusion, and diversity programs
