My law firm is a business oriented multi-disciplinary practice concentrating in such areas as Employment, Human Resources, Labor, Business Immigration, OSHA and Dispute Resolution. The firm provides a broad range of legal and consulting services for the corporate client on a regional and national basis. We partner to minimize management risk while enabling our clients to devote maximum effort to the demands of their businesses. The firm currently represents a commercial printer in mediation and fact-finding before a state civil rights agency, and represented this same client in a recent organizing campaign and assisted with its initial contract negotiation. The firm has also been working with a major health care provider in EEOC and labor arbitration matters. The firm just completed an OSHA Injury Management policy review for a major Chicago corporation, and recently completed training and education projects in Employment Litigation prevention for organizations in New York, Atlant
