She found the error in my formulation of a difficult (for me) math problem, reformulated the problem creatively and then solved two versions the problem, with great skill --- all within half of a day. Within the time I thought was needed to begin the job, she had already completed the job. Her communication was excellent, timely, courteous and enthusiastic.
