For a project like this, the optimal schedule would be something like this: 1. week - Preliminary Design - 2-3 versions (layouts and 1 render from each version) are being made, and at the end of the week send to the Client to choose from them 2. week - Approval Plan - the chosen version is being detailed (layout and 2 renders) and send to Client for pre-approval 3. week - Final Plan - finalizing the plans with specification (layout, color plans, object lists and 3 renders from agreed viewpoints) Of course, the proposed schedule can be differed, this is just the ideal one, but this should be agreed by each sides.
