Dr. Evans is an experienced professional with a broad background in life science and healthcare project management and business development. For most of the past decade, he has turned his career in the direction of international health development including managing large multi-million dollar contracts for the U.S. Agency for International Development and in private business and academic medicine by supporting projects focused on overall health sector improvement and the expansion or development of new health care facilities including primary care clinics, outpatient facilities, and hospitals.
