In a class action suit brought against a major retailer by store managers who were allegedly improperly classified as exempt from overtime consideration, used electronic time records, electronic payroll records, incentive compensation, and P&L Bonus statements to quantify alleged missed overtime on hours worked, incentive components, revenue and profit-related bonuses, and profit offsets.
Involving a class action of delivery drivers against a major restaurant chain, managed the data gathering process and complex data analysis of driver mileage reimbursement, missed meal and rest break violations, and reporting time pay issues per the California Labor Code.
