SQL Server 2000 database design and ETL strategy for a large cable provider's CRM/CTI applications. Template was pushed out to 8 400+ seat call centers.
Designed the call center reporting and telephony data warehouse for a large financial services company. Data mapping and integration between existing Aspect CallCenter PBX/ACD and new Avaya Definity ACD was the primary challenge. Data integration template will be executed in phases over the next 3 years as all Aspect hardware is replaced by Avaya hardware.
Extensive data conversion and interface expertise (flat file to databases, database to database etc.) Data content includes payroll, benefits, billing system, telephony (Avaya Call Management System) as well as fleet management data.
