Legal Consultations On Patents and Law

$100/hr Starting at $250

I am a USPTO Registered Patent Attorney Reg. No. 80,111.

I offer consultations on everything US Patent Law related at a rate of $40.00 per 30 minutes. New inventors, large corporations, and everyone in-between are all welcome.

I offer patentability evaluations to determine if your invention is patentable subject matter under 35 U.S.C. § 101. Non-software-based invention evaluations, including a legal opinion. Software-based invention evaluations, including a legal opinion. This service is primarily aimed at software-based inventions which currently have extremely low rates of USPTO approval due to 101 subject matter rejections. I can help to avoid spending $5000+ on pursuing a software patent that is guaranteed not to be granted or to have peace of mind moving forward with your software application. Please note that such an evaluation does not guarantee that your software-based application will survive the USPTO patent prosecution process as there are non-35 U.S.C. § 101 rejections and objections which may prevent your patent application from being granted
