I have over 20 years of experience in all areas of management and administration.
Many of the positions I filled required using MS Excel and other spreadsheet applications to track, arrange, organize, manipulate, and analyze data which was pivotal to successful strategic decisions and led to great than expected outcomes. I also have experience with drafting and editing correspondence, creating presentations, and converting documents in PDF format to Excel, Word, Power Point formats and vise versa. In addition, I created my own excel formulas and VBA macros and scripts to ensure precise calculations and automate tasks such as alert emails.
I also have over 24 years of experience in the health care industry as a care provider, clinic manager, department manager, and leader which honed my management skills. This required reviewing a significant amounts of data to provide reports track trends, adjust processes and develop strategic, plans, and budgets.
Provided senior leadership with invaluable insight into organizational management, manpower, personnel development, project management, and training. Conducted projects to solve complex organizational challenges and implement changes.
