Patricia spent 3 years at the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum as the Interactive Media Coordinator developing science-related educational programs for children. While at AAHOM, Patricia created original content and science illustration used in touch-screen kiosks, websites, and printed materials. From there, she went on to a full-time, four year appointment with the Education Team at the University of Michigan’s Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Nichol’s Arboretum, as Interpretation and Exhibit Coordinator. There she specialized in graphic design, content creation, and scientific illustration for seasonal and permanent exhibits.As a Science Illustrator, Patricia’s work has been featured in numerous solo and juried exhibitions. She’s experienced in surgical, botanical, educational, ichthyological, ornithological, and web-based illustration. Past clients have included universities, science museums, hospitals, publishing houses, and other institutions of bioscience research
