I'm a PhD researcher and former professor of research at a US flagship university. I provide expertise using Nvivo 11 (for Windows and Mac) and thematic matrix coding after Miles, Huberman & Saldana, 2014 needed for dissertation and thesis completion, and publication for professional advancement.
Using Nvivo 11, I generate at a minimum of the following deliverables: 1) initial coding using the data collection tool (i.e., interview questions, focus group guide, tweet topic, etc) to generate a coding structure to produce the Nvivo code book as a word document and excel spreadsheet (with frequencies - number of references and sources for each code); 2) coding report, which is the content (references) for all codes by source (i.e., interviewee/focus group); 3) cluster analysis of sources; and 4) word cloud. The next stage in analysis is a deeper look to address your study questions and/or objectives. This links the initial coding structure to research questions. The minimum deliverables for this stage are 1) specific queries you request - that is, those that might provide more evidence to answer your research questions - and include matrix queries, compound queries, text queries, etc., and 2) my impressions of the findings (answers to your research questions). I"m published in peer reviewed journals so my impressions of your findings will guide your insight and understanding of the findings.
