I am a highly experienced administrative assistant. I am willing to work on site, if needed. I have been an administrative secretary at two large schools in the Dallas area. These jobs consisted of basic running of the school, purchasing supplies, scheduling field trips, organizing school events, which include school-wide fund-raisers, teacher special events, extra curricular activities. I also have extensive experience in budgets, planning and using funds wisely and within budget guidelines, accounting. I was employed in the mortgage industry for about 15 years prior to employment in schools. I worked for the vice presidents of several mortgage companies, in the legal department of those companies.
