My biotechnology project with Eli Lilly is complete, provided an exciting return for the client and was extremely challenging. I modeled many batch processes to determine the theoretical limits of operation. Then, presentations are made to all levels of Lilly management, from operations to maintenance, recommending equipment and process changes required to reduce cycle times. My latest job was spawned by the previous work by providing Lilly with enough insulin to shutdown building 105 and retrofit the entire backend. I am startup manager and enjoying the many activities and challenge of working with 10 different subs.
