I had been studying in English medium from B.A through Ph.D in the University of Delhi, the Universit of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, and the University of Pune, India. All through my field of study has been Languages with special reference to Linguistics. Hence I understand the nature of languages which is of great use in this sort of activities. Besides, I have followed a workshop on Translation Methodologies conducted by Canadian and Indian Professors at Peradeniya University in Sri Lanka, organised by Three Departments namely, English, Sinhala, and Tamil. Moreover, I have been a Lecturer in Languages at the University of Peradeniya, formely called the University of Ceylon, the first in Sri Lanka. At the moment, I am at the last phase of my Ph.D. Given the academic background, (Two BAs, M.A, and Ph.D (to be completed by late March),I believe that I am able to do Editing, Translation etc with lot of accurate language potential from English to Sinhala and vice versa.
