Created a complete Mobile Dispatch System for the Taxi, Black Car and Limousine industry. This system includes a Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) and a Host Communications Server. The Host Communications Server allows any third party dispatch application to communicate with the MDT via public or private data network. The Life cycle of this project involved Functional Design Specifications for Host System and Mobile Application, Communication Protocol Specifications, implementation, testing and integration (includes Testing and Installation tools). The Mobile Application required interfaces to Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers, Credit/Debit Card Swipe, and Taxi Meters.  Designed, implemented Mobile Data Terminal Applications for the Taxi, Black Car and Limousine industry.  Designed and implemented Fleet Tracking tools and objects (integrated with Microsoft MapPoint) for Dispatch Applications.  Designed and implemented Communication Servers to allow Dispatch applications
