Currently I am lead developer at a leading ISV in the legal software community. I was brought on board to port an outdated access database application to a robust SQL Server backend powered by a VB frontend. For the past seven years I have been on board this team, meeting timely release cycles, continuing to port this application to leading edge technology. Prior to this I developed POS accounting software for local retail establishments, which also utilized SQL server backends. My experience extends from idea, to design, to implementation, and completion. This hold true in both the coded objects as well as the database design and implementation.
