I've got extensive experience designing, developing and facilitating standardized training programs; managing company-wide rollouts; developing and delivering soft-skills training such as Employee Development and Leadership programs as well as software and tools training.
Recent accomplishments include:
Working with management to develop specialized new-hire and ongoing training programs for multiple business units such as Technology, Content, Product, Sales and Customer Service. I transitioned the training programs from a lecture format to a blended learning approach, increasing learner retention while decreasing training resources. I researched and applied for training grants, making the company eligible for over $200K next year that would go back into their training program, a first-step in making the training department self-sufficient.
