Project Management

I am looking to manage projects and I can use various methodologies including Six Sigma (or Lean), Scrum, Agile, and the Traditional approach. Here are some of my successes:

Designed a system that would capture and track any transactions that were backdated by Operations processors. The system would create tasks for associates (mostly seniors) to research the root cause of the backdate. I would designate and coach associates at multiple levels to problem solve around the top trends where we were able to improve posting transactions on day 0 from 76.89% to 95.77% within 2 years for Individual Contributions. Incoming Asset Transfers increased from 81.31% to 97.11% while increasing incoming funds over $100 million per month.

Led an effort where customer profile changes were taking an average of 15 business days due to many teams being involved in the process. Using systems already in place I was able to design a process through problem solving where the profile changes could be handled by the call center without additional call time. Profile changes decreased to be completed within 3 days and quality increased by 66% within 30 days.

Assisted in managing a project that improved a process workflow that averaged seven different processors working each task. We increased efficiency so only three processors would be involved in each task and productivity increased by 28% reducing just over 5,000 man hours per year.

Designed a database and system while collaborating with IT, operations managers, and processors that would be able to track productivity by utilizing a task tracking system (EXP AG / PowerImage) and using designated timings from Standard Work.
