· Managed a business process improvement project for a $7,000,000,000 oil refining company that addressed the processes related to product disposition from the largest refinery. Upgraded existing processes and identified new processes that will result in a profit increase in excess of $12,000,000 per year. These process improvements will also provide the basis for a full supply chain management project.
· For a $34,000,000,000 petrochemical company, provided project management support and knowledge transfer for a supply chain optimization project, which included process reengineering, workflow modeling and ISO 9000 procedure development. In addition, implemented new software for procuring MRO supplies and services. Process improvements resulted in savings of $20,000,000 per year.
