During my ten years working in the creative division for a large corporation, I spent much of my time doing a wide variety of research, including: generational and gender differences, past product performance, language trends, and much more. Once, when they introduced new healthcare options that felt a bit confusing, I dove into researching those simply for my own information, but wound up sharing what I'd learned with my co-workers, who told me I helped them more than HR!
I excel at gathering all the information necessary, being detail-oriented, and clearly communicating my findings in a way that's well-organized and easily understood. (And, if it's the right kind of situation, I make sure it's entertaining, too.)
