Hired in as a base level technician and quickly worked my way up. Worked with a team of select employees that Researched and repaired problem areas in the operating systems and assisted consumers in correcting issues with their computers. Worked in a mentor/supervisory positions, helping other technicians come to a resolution on issues that they could not handle alone. Remotely fixed networking issues, and website design problems. Trained other employees and team members in technical and customer service areas. Created a Macro based spreadsheet that would automatically cross reference employees with raw time clock data, track attendance, generate reports, and graphs, then email them to floor supervisors as usable data.
