I have previous experience working as an account manager for a small, fast paced IT company, specialising in telephony services. In this position I worked independently to exceed sales targets for our corporate clients, with a strong focus on building customer relationships. This role involved market research, customer acquisition, sales planning and reporting, preparing customer proposals and writing technical documentations. As this was a small company, my role was varied and I also assisted our project management team with data collection and projecting co-ordination and resourcing. Furthermore I also provided administrative assistance to the Sales Director, completing tasks such as data entry, proof reading / editing and transcribing documents.
