An experienced Team and Executive Assistant with previous experience in sales, banking and lastly, being based in Dubai, administration working within extremely hectic office dealing with clients and employees, having a variety of tasks and duties such as, but not limited to:
-acting as a point of contact,
-answering calls and returning emails,
-scheduling meetings and taking notes,
-travel arrangements (flight bookings, hotels, visas, car rentals, meeting rooms, etc.),
-making business purchases and dealing with vendors,
-creating expense claims for senior management,
-planning and coordinating numerous marketing and public relations events including staff parties and gatherings such as Team retreats.
