I am a passionate recruiter with experience in sourcing and recruiting.
My passion for recruitment comes from 19 years of HR experience gathered from different industries and companies. Throughout my corporate career, I helped businesses to hit and exceed their goals by finding their perfect hires for many different positions.
I have been pursuing my career as an Independent Recruiter; by building relationships at all levels, developing an in-depth understanding of the business and the needs of both clients and candidates by possessing an exceptional work ethic.
I have been creating and executing recruitment processes in line with the company’s goals and business objectives. I provide the full lifecycle of the recruitment service by creatively sourcing high-caliber candidates (by utilizing boolean search operators in relevant web sites, job ads, referrals, etc.), screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, extending & negotiating offers, and follow up with both sides (client & candidate) after the placement.
For the last 1,5 years, I have been mainly recruiting IT professionals such as Back-end developer engineers, Front-End Developers, ML engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers.
Briefly, my services are as follows:
1. Sourcing through relevant job portals, networking sites (LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle etc), headhunting, referrals, advertisement and using boolean operators where applicable
2. Interacting with clients to have a clear picture of their various requirements to provide optimum and proactive services. 3. Keeping the candidates updated about the interview schedule and feedbacks.
4. Bridging between clients&candidate concerning the compensation offered, date of joining&other related concerns.
5. Conducting screening interviews,
6. Reporting and weekly regular feedback sessions with hiring heads.
7. Organizing and scheduling interviews with hiring heads.
8. Candidate reference check, follow-up notice period negotiations till joining the company.
9. Follow up with both employers and candidates after the placement.
