Spanish native speaker with a fluent use of English. I have been able to spend several months in the US and one 1 year in Australia studying my Master degree. I have experience in the Hospitality industry including:-Customer service: providing information, making trip suggestions and handling complaints.-Sales: creating tailor-made itineraries-Ecommerce: providing information to the proper channels regarding rates, descriptions and special offers.As Peru is a very well know touristic destination, most part of my job is made in English.
