I have eight years of administrative and IT Support experience working at the Computer Science Department of one of the most recognized third level institutions in Brazil. My daily activities included providing administrative and IT support to students, professors, and external visitors to the institution in a very professional manner. Currently in Bratislava, working remotely as Technical Support Analyst providing support for users in the EMEA area. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies where my fourth and final years was focused on information technology subjects such as databases, data analysis and web design.
