ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATION
For my company project, we were using Altova Mapforce and Frank was the only programmer that I could find that had experience & actually have Mapforce software on he's system. I was first hesitant because he did not have any tested skills listed on Guru, but Frank just signed up with Guru(6/12). I needed the App to generate translation for EDI and FTP translation to a server, Frank made me an App so that I could see the translation before I FTP the file to server. Also, what I really like with finished product is that Frank made a configure file where I could easily change the FTP information to suit my needs. I'm sure there is lot of programmer who could have done the job but would they also have thought of my needs like Frank or just got the job done. In my opinion, Frank not only filled my need, the end result is far above just meeting my expectations but he thought of things that I couldn't even thought about because of his experience. He worked out the little details that I missed and took it on himself to make a user friendly product. I will definitely contact Frank first if I need any programming done.
P.S.: He finished the project in a third of time that he and I scheduled for.
