A strong-minded and influential leader with outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Being able to coherently utilise core skills and knowledge in achieving set out objectives and management goals. Bringing in new ideas, aimed at improving the quality and standard of services. I have developed skills and experiences in: I have a great experience in secretarial roles and project management. I have led a team of 60 conducting, recruitment, performance reviews, monitoring of workloads and tasks. As a secretary of the different boards and organisations I have served in, I have been able to prepare minutes, reports, communiques of meetings and conferences. I am tech savvy and willing to try new things. Being good at planning and scheduling events and activities. I have created a service directory and contact directory of business partners. Successfully organised a provincial conference of about six hundred participants. Also, I have great skills in data entry. Know how to use Zoom, Trello, MailChimp, Insightly(contact base), Google admin, Google drive. Eventbrite, Canva and Microsoft office. I am very good at web research and asset mapping of services and information. With my educational background in Philosophy and Social Work, I have a good critical reflective skill in analysing and executing tasks. Also, being able to apply creativity to what I do
