We have strong skills working with MS Office (specially Excel and Word), PDF (PDF converters), Google Docs and all its apps, Dropbox, every email and social media platform, and communication and project management tools such as, Asana, MS Project, Skype, Airtable and Slack.
As for experience, we have performed virtual and administrative assistance duties such as, writing business emails, set up meetings, follow up with emails and assignments, manage to-do list and manage social media account and develop social media marketing strategies . On the administrative aspect, we have created expense reports, budgets and have worked on payroll, accounting and invoicing assistance as well. Our focus will always be on accomplishing deadlines without compromising the quality of the work.
