I handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
I bring with me two decades of experience to offer support with:
~ organizing email and phone call communications
~ providing customer services as the first point of contact
~ organizing meetings, including travel to and fro the venue, and local accommodation
~ managing contact lists and organizing managers’ calendars
~ creating and reviewing customer spreadsheets as well as supporting online record-keeping
~ conducting market research and reporting on the results
~ careful and thorough preparation of presentations
~ offer timely assistance to employees' administrative queries
Unlike other virtual assistants, I have over two decades' experience in many fields, including proofreading and editing, writing, teaching the English language, running the English language studies department, software engineering (and variously served as scrum master, lead developer, team leader, and IT manager). Lately, I have concentrated on blogging and podcasting. I call myself a virtual manager because I bring so much more to the table than the average virtual assistant.
