Virtual Assistants

I am presently employed as a Risk Management Coordinator and Patient Liaison in a hospital setting. My risk management duties include research of medical records, policies and procedures, daily contact with hospital attorney, senior management, patients and general hospital employees. The goal of both positions is to work on hosptial initiatives to identify and prevent risk factors within the hospital. As Patient Liaison I address complaints that have been escalated beyond the specific unit involved. I work with the patient, staff and physicians to coordinate solutions of concern to those involved. As a member of the Customer Service Cohort Team I am working with the Department of Admission and the Intensive Care Unit, to improve communications and flow of work. I also volunteer for the Reward and Recognition Team which "Rewards" staff for a job above and beyond. Previous experience includes office management for government agencies (Navy and DHHS) and Department of Statistics
