While I have created many things that I am proud of professionally, the past five years have given me room to create a healthy office environment. This process involved developing staff and an operating budget, creating a program that supports 43,000 clients, and to achieve efficiencies that has saved the City of Portland over $3,000,000.00. I am also directly responsible for the invoicing and collection of over $1,900,000.00 per fiscal year in City revenue through fees and fines.
As Program Manager for the City Alarm Administration office, I have been responsible for overseeing the update to City Code Chapter 14, an eighteen-month project. That project involved working with State and National Alarm Industry contacts, City Attorneys from the City of Portland, and Risk Management with the Portland Police Bureau. During the entire process I wrote many letters for the Chief's office related to the Alarm Ordinance and also wrote letters for Mayor Katz's office. I am considered the
