Asfer did an excellent job with helping me set up the IP phones. He is knowledgeable and very helpful. He went above and beyond on this project and spent extra time to get things set up. Communication was great. We spoke via IP phone as well as Google voice chat and also did screen share to get the systems set up. I would recommend him to anyone who needs IT help.
